Personal training will guide you to work-out towards amazing results using different range intensities and movements.

My work-out training, consists of moderate cardio based exercises with short high intensity intervals, allows the body to combat what is known as the Stress Adaption Response.

The reason for this is that when adding high intensity exercises the heart rate increases to 80% or more of its maximum capacity, forcing the body to use Fast-twitch muscle fibres. These fibres continue burning fuel even during lower intensity exercise.

As a result the body will experience a faster increase in the effective burning of both carbohydrates and fats!
