I want clients to enjoy and look forward to each session. My role is to guide them through every move, monitor their progress and note every change in both physical and mental state. Sessions involve careful monitoring of blood pressure, body fat analysis,and measurements of the body if required. Health checks and guides are also provided at a nominal fee.
